Jennifer has been leading cross functional management and clinical operations teams in performance improvement initiatives for the past two decades. She is an accomplished healthcare executive and partners with CEO’s, COO’s, senior leadership teams and incorporates Physician leadership to lead health systems through all phases of the performance improvement process.
She has been the principal architect and implementation leader for system-wide performance improvement across all delivery models and all Ambulatory Clinic enterprise settings. From academic medical centers, to multi-state integrated delivery networks, integrated delivery systems, Community based Health systems, and Specialty Surgical Hospitals.
She has served as Chief Strategy Officer and in VP roles for academic medical centers and multi state integrated delivery networks. Additionally, she was Adviser to an Officer of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.
